The Iran-backed Hamas terrorist organization celebrated its 24th anniversary Wednesday by boasting that its military wing has killed 1,365 Israelis, wounded almost 6,500 and fired over 11,000 rockets at Israeli towns and cities.

Tens of thousands of Hamas followers rallied in Gaza at a central stage, built to resemble a ship and meant to symbolize Hamas’ dream of destroying Israel and “retaking all of the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean,” the Washington Post reported.

The Palestinian Authority and the terrorist group Hamas do not agree on many things – but they are united in the way they relate to Jews and Israelis. Both have been running campaigns recently aimed at denying Jewish roots in the Land of Israel and glorifying terrorist murders of Israeli civilians.

A knife-wielding Palestinian man from the West Bank, targeting more than 2,000 teens at a Tel Aviv nightclub early Monday morning, crashed a stolen taxi into a barrier outside the facility and inured eight Israeli border police securing the area. One officer was seriously wounded and two others moderately by the time police subdued the perpetrator.

Terrorists in Gaza fired two mortars at civilians in the southwest region of Israel on Wednesday, with no injuries reported. Later in the day, another rocket intended for Israel hit the Egyptian town of Rafah, lightly wounding a woman.
