Iran declined on Friday to endorse proposals by the UN nuclear watchdog to help reduce Iran's stockpile of low-enriched uranium, Reuters reported.
The Islamic Republic said it was awaiting a "positive and constructive" response from world powers to its proposal on providing nuclear fuel for a Teheran reactor, state television reported. According to the deal, Russia and France would enrich the uranium enough for the production of medical isotopes but not for military applications, then ship it to Iran.
