Ingredients (30 balls)
2.5 cups chickpeas, soaked in water for 14 hours
1 cup parsley
2 tbsb chopped cilantro, 1/2 small onion
1 tbsb of sesame seeds, 2 tbsb bread crumbs
2 tsp cumin, 1 tsb paprika, salt & pepper
4 cloves of garlic, chopped, Oil for deep frying
1 tbsb of baking soda.
Puree in a food processor chickpeas, garlic, onion & spices until it becomes a paste.
Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Cover and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Then add the baking soda to the paste and mix well. Make tight balls and fry in a preheated pan.
