Chicken BBQ Seasoning - Holy Land Spices

One of the most popular seasoning mixes in Israel - for chicken but not only. Contains the spices: garlic, black pepper, paprika and more, in the right dose for seasoning grilled chicken

How to use:
Add a little oil (2-3 tablespoons) and spread on the chicken or the parts of the chicken and roast in the oven at 220 degrees for about an hour
until the chicken gets a roasted reddish hue.
The mixture can be used to season other chicken and meat dishes according to taste.
