PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, IMAGES, CATALOG AND PRICING

Please note that given the nature of our business products may go out of stock before we have an opportunity to update that information on the website. You therefore understand that our online catalog is not a legal offer, but is rather contingent on availability, and the prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that the product you purchased is out of stock, we will either fully refund you or give the alternative options that may suit your needs. While we certainly do our best to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and prices, we cannot make such guarantees. As such, you recognize that prices may be displayed incorrectly or inaccurately on our Site due to system errors or typographical errors.

The Jerusalem Gift Shop reserves the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur. The Jerusalem Gift Shop will not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped before The Jerusalem Gift Shop becomes aware of the error, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices.

The Jerusalem Gift Shop displays images of its diamond products online. You understand that these images are sample images representing the product’s characteristics in type and size; The Jerusalem Gift Shop does not display images of each of its diamonds. Diamonds displayed on the Site do not represent the actual product that you will receive if you purchase the diamond product. Please keep in mind that the products we display in our online catalog may appear larger or smaller than the actual size of such products; likewise, the coloring of the products may appear slightly differently than actual product colors depending on your computer and monitor. Note that three dimensional (3D) images and sketches contain a level of inherent distortion. Nor can The Jerusalem Gift Shop guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product color, texture or detail will be accurate.

In addition, The Jerusalem Gift Shop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable current or error free. If a product offered by The Jerusalem Gift Shop is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition and in compliance with the The Jerusalem Gift Shop return policy. The Jerusalem Gift Shop provides to its users general and educational material in order to convey general information to its users. You understand that The Jerusalem Gift Shop is not an authority on the subject matters of stones or jewelry, and your decision to purchase should not be based on this information without independently verifying the educational information provided on the Site. The Jerusalem Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse the fulfillment of any order, at any point pre or post order, at its discretion and without obligation to report the grounds for refusal should there be any. Placing an order with The Jerusalem Gift Shop, including via the website, online checkout, chat, or via a phone representative, in no way binds the Site to fulfill an order. Order fulfillment is carried out in best business practice and in good faith; The site therefore reserves the right to decline fulfillment of orders placed with direct or indirect intentions unknown to The Site, including but not limited to the intention to return placed orders and intentions concerning product comparison.

The content and nature of personalized products available in the The Jerusalem Gift Shop product catalogue, including the language, words and spelling of name jewelry, are in no way a representation of the Site's interests or opinions. The Jerusalem Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse personalization of jewelry containing but not limited to profane, discriminatory or otherwise offensive language at its discretion and without obligation to report the grounds for refusal should there be any.

*Please note: The Jerusalem Gift Shop customers are responsible for verifying and paying any local customs, taxes or duties levied by the country designated in your shipping address. Order total does not include any country-specific or local fees.

RETURN POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed when you click on the 'Get a Quote' link after adding product to shopping cart.

No shipping direct to Malaysia, Syria, Iran or Saudi Arabia.

We do not take any responsibility for delivery to P.O Boxes - We do not recommend P.O boxes - customer shall assume any and all risk if he/she requests delivery to a P.O Box.

If a customer requests a message for delivery on the package such as "Leave at door if no one at home" customer shall assume full responsibility if package is not received.

If a customer gives an incorrect delivery address and the package is returned to us - Customer shall assume all potential customs charge/return shipping charges our end and the cost of reshipping to correct address.

Any Order over $100 to Africa and South America MUST be paid for by Western Union Money Transfer to us in Jerusalem. Please contact us for details.

If a customer places an order and requests 'Gift Wrapping' but does not tick the 'Add Gift Wrap' box we shall update order accordingly.

Purchaser assumes any and all risk, and is solely responsible for, any compliance issues involved in the shipment of shofars, including meeting all compliance regulations for the import of animal products. All our horns are religious items and free to use under any term of law concerning protected animals. Nevertheless, some countries may ask for additional evidence regarding the hygiene of the shofar. Additionally, the purchaser assumes any and all risk, and is solely responsible for, any customs issues, including but not limited to, the inspection, confiscation or fees charged regarding the shipment of the shofar.

We cannot be held responsible for packages being held up at any country's custom offices.

How we calculate estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time of your order is calculated by factoring processing time and shipping time.

The processing time of your order reflects how long it takes for your products to be prepared for shipment from our suppliers, while shipping time is dependent on the shipping method that you selected from the various options available to you.

Our shipping options

Surface Mail - Shipping by Boat: Delivery time is typically 6 - 15 weeks from time of posting.
Shipping by Registered Air Mail from Jerusalem: Delivery time typically 14-21 days from time of posting.
Express Mail Service with tracking: Delivery time is typically 4-7 business days from time of posting.

Return Policy - refund

Products must be returned BY REGISTERED MAIL ONLY within 7 days of having received the order. After this, it is at our discretion.

Shipping costs for exchanging goods shall be charged to the customer

If there are any customs charges made to us for returned goods(sometimes happens and can be expensive) the customer shall assume full responsibility for these charges - proof of charge shall be given to the customer. To help avoid these charges please state 'Returning goods' clearly on package being returned.

Customs and duty -Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Refund Amount:

The refund will be 100% of your purchase price less shipping costs and possible customs charges/ transactions fees our end. Furthermore, we do not cover any costs involved with return shipment.

Refund Period:

Products must be returned BY REGISTERED MAIL ONLY within 7 days of having received the order.

Payment for returns or cancelled orders:

All refunds shall be paid into a Paypal account - Paypal charges shall be borne by customer.

For product exchanges:
Items that need to be exchanged must first be returned to us by Registered Mail. Once received back in our shop we shall send the replacement item. Shipping costs for return posting to customer shall be charged to the customer.
Packages not collected:

If a note is left by the postal service for a customer to collect a package sent from The Jerusalem Gift Shop and the package is returned to us because it was not collected (typically after 2 weeks), we shall charge shipping costs a second time for re-shipping of order. If a package is returned because the customer filled in an incorrect shipping address 2nd posting shall be charged to customer. Post office charges for returning packages to J.G.S must be borne by customer if he/she requires the package to be resent - Proof of Post office charge shall be given to customer.

Damaged in transit:

If your order was received damaged you must immediately email a photograph of the condition of the package and the damaged good/s themselves to [email protected]

Not satisfied with product

We go to great lengths to provide the highest quality products, hand picking every item before sending them to our customers - If you are not satisfied because you believe the product was not as shown in the photograph or described on our website please, first take a photo and email with your reason for wanting to return the package to: [email protected]

All products must be returned in their original unopened package.

We do not accept returns for: Cosmetics or clothing . Purchaser assumes responsibility for any and all damage to the product during the return shipment.

DISCOUNTS AND GIFT CARDS

Promotional or coupon codes can be redeemed on the Site through online checkout or via phone order. These discounts may only apply to certain items or groups of items. The coupon code is valid for only those items specified in association with the code and expiry dates may apply. Only one coupon code may be used per order, and users redeeming a gift card may not apply a coupon to their gift card purchase. The Jerusalem Gift Shop gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed in U.S. dollars. For security purposes, The Jerusalem Gift Shop requires that you provide credit card details when redeeming your gift card or your PayPal account email address. The card will not be charged unless the order total is greater than the amount on the card. Total gift card purchase cannot exceed 1,000 U.S. dollars per order. The Jerusalem Gift Shop gift cards are sent via email, after payment processing has been completed. The gift cards are non-transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Unused amounts on your The Jerusalem Gift Shop gift card will remain intact for future use. If the gift card does not cover the total purchase amount, the customer is responsible for paying the remainder of balance at the time of purchase. The Jerusalem Gift Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards may be used on the Site via online checkout or phone order, and coupons and discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
