We mourn for you, we mourn with you. You have suffered many losses. We pray your leaders will come to their senses and end all of this. Believe it or not we really are brothers and sisters, yes Muslims, Jews and Christians are related. We have the same father, Abraham, and different mothers. Yes, we did part company under sad circumstances a long time ago but that was then and this is now. There’s a lot to talk about.
There is a narrative in the Book about the Prodigal Son. He was the younger one who decided he wanted his share of the inheritance right then and now. His father gave it to him and he left. One way or another, things did not go well and he returned, chastened ashamed and begging. He asked his father to take him back and just let him live with the other non-family workers. Instead, his father set a celebration, a feast and welcomed him back. He was overjoyed to have his family together again. The older son was angry (Most Christians often see his side first until they search the Scriptures further) and said why does this one get a celebration when I have been faithful and not missed a day’s work? The father responded saying pretty much that having my whole family together once again is worth it, when you’re a father yourself you’ ll understand better.
We are all prodigals; we have wanted things our way. Christians, Jews and Muslims have been much less than perfect and we have treated each other poorly once too often. You have the choice to make a decision that will affect your children and their children.
You have chosen your leaders poorly. They have betrayed you and used you to hide themselves and their weapons while they shoot them at innocent men, women, children and older people. These terrorists have no morals or shame. If you continue to support them you are a part of this and your children and families are suffering. You need to make a decision and follow through on it. You have our support and that of Israel. They are only protecting their families.
We will pray for you and ask that you make your decision. Hamas has betrayed you and cleverly blamed Israel for trying to stop the attacks. Which they have launched from your very midst. They have set you in front of them as shields, fired their missiles and then run like cowards for their underground hiding places to get more. Did Hamas bandage your wounds, put out the fires or help you bury your dead? Ask yourselves these questions, please. Will they help you rebuild or use concrete and steel to rebuild their tunnels?
You have been victims and suffered. But you can take action and save your own life and those of your families. You need to see who is your real enemy and it is not Israel. The enemy hid beneath you and emerged to kill and cause terror. Hamas is about terror for Israel and for all who would stand in the way. We are praying for you to decide, act and take responsibility for your future.
Signed,
your Christian and Jewish brothers and sisters,

Some times we have to fight for our country, family, and freedom. No one has the right to fire weapon’s at you or your family. That is a act of war and you have that right for freedom in your country. My Prayers are with you for ever. Don Rose

Excellent Letter! I pray they will read it and act on it and come to know our God, who loves them and waits anxiously for His lost and wandering children to return to Him.

Thanks, Jerri !
The people of Gaza are terrorized by masked, cowards who use them as shields. If they know they will receive support perhaps they will revolt against Hamas and tell their government to work for a peace that all can enjoy.
