Part 1
This tiny nation is always in the news—why?
“On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram and said, ‘To your descendants I give this land, from the Wadi of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates— the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaites, Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites and Jebusites.’”(Genesis 15:18-21)
Israel is unique among the nations of the world in the number of accomplishments of which it can boast in light of its small population.
Perhaps it is not surprising that a Jewish state should list so many accomplishments. Let’s take a look at the Jews as a people and see how God has blessed them.
There are currently over 7 billion inhabitants on the planet. Of those 13 to 15 million are believed to be Jews. That means that if you had a thousand people in a room, representing the population of the world, only 2 would be Jewish. Of 1000 US inhabitants, only 17 on average would be Jews.
Now consider the achievement of Jews compared to their small numbers. With regard to the sciences, of all Nobel Prizes awarded, over one in five, (22 percent) have been won by Jews. Since 1950, this number is 29 percent, even after a third of world Jewry was destroyed in the Holocaust. By their size, it might be expected that Jews should have earned only 1 of the Nobels awarded in the fields of physics, chemistry, medicine and physiology. In fact, they have won 123.
Take as another example the area of mathematics. A Fields Medal is awarded to the brightest mathematicians under the age of 40. One-fourth of these have gone to Jews.
An article in the Encyclopedia Britannica lists the most important inventions. Included are the works of 267 inventors, 13 of them are Jewish. Among these are Dr. Paul Zoll who developed the heart pacemaker in the 50s (an earlier version was invented by Albert S. Hyman another Jewish inventor in the 30s), Edwin H. Land, inventor of the Polaroid camera (instant photography), Dennis Gabor (holography), and Charles Ginsburg (videotape recorder). Considering their population size, they are represented 22 times more often than what would be expected.
Jews are also widely overrepresented in the arts. Over a third of America’s leading symphonies have been led by Jewish conductors (although ironically Zubin Mehta who leads the Tel Aviv Philharmonic was born in India to a Parsi family). Almost two out of three successful Broadway musicals have been created by Jewish producers and 38 percent of best director Oscars have been won by Jews. A fourth of the world’s greatest photographers and 10 percent of the leading architects have also been Jewish. (Jewishachievement.com)

Jealousy is the problem. Everyone knows exactly what the Holy Bible says about You. So maybe jealousy has set in. It’s called wanting what Israel has. So if they can’t get it they would rather see you destroyed. But I tell you this: God of ABRAHAM, ISSAC, and JACOB is a Mighty God and He DOES NOT LIE! Your enemies had better start to recognize that fact!
