How do I measure my ring size to buy it online?

Visiting your nearest jewelry store or mall is the best and most accurate way.

You must choose exactly which finger you wish to place the ring on.

Here are 2 methods if you do not have anything nearby:

Methode 1:
Measure Your Finger

Step 1 - Get a string or paper about 6"(152mm) long and wrap it around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug but not too tight.

Step 2 - Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps.

Step 3 - Measure the string or paper with a ruler

Step 4 - To determine your ring size in all countries, open our Ring Size Conversion Chart below.

Hebrew rings and their history

  • The nobility used rings as seals, typically worn by men.
  • The concept of wearing rings became much more popular, and it reached such a fever pitch that a 1416 rabbinical conventional at Bologna decreed that men were forbidden to wear more than one ring and women could wear up to three rings.
  • Over the course of Jewish and Christian history, messianic rings also came into being and are now worn more and more by Christians who have come to identify with GOD's plan for Israel and the Church.

We have a large collection of Christian jewelry rings that you can buy from our store in Jerusalem. We have a wide array of women’s and men's Christian rings you will love. Our handmade gold and silver rings have holy verses inscribed on them and are designed by local artists from Israel.

Methode 2:
Place a ring you already own on a printable ring sizer tool

If you already have a ring that fits you properly, you can use it as a reference when measuring the size of your ring by using our printable ring sizer tool.

  • Print this page, be sure the printer is set to print at 100%.
  • Make sure the page is printed correctly by measuring a few shapes with a ruler.
  • Place your ring over the circle making sure the inside of the ring lines up with the outside of the circle.

Helpful Tips

  • For accuracy, measure your finger twice or more with different techniques.
  • If you are between sizes, order the larger size.
  • If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger measure both the base of your finger and your knuckle and select a size between the two.
