by Tom Brennan,
Scripture instructs us to trust neither in princes nor in horses. Many of us are relieved that PM Netanyahu was re-elected after what seemed like a close campaign. Most of us are dismayed and even angry at the conduct of the American President and the alleged interference in the campaign by funding other candidates and the immature behavior after the result. Many Americans are calling for an official investigation. But we must remember that politics are a secular event, composed of promises and compromises: the Bible permits no compromise in its instructions. Israel is a secular state and does have its faults and imperfections, any Israeli will readily admit that. But Israel is the only nation in the Middle East that protects the rights of all citizens and the free exercise of their faith. Israel’s enemies do not. As churches are destroyed, Christians in Iraq and Syria and other lands within the bloody reach of the Caliphate and Iran brutes re murdered, a world remains silent. In the 1930’s and 40’s as millions of Jews, Poles, mentally handicapped and other “untermenschen” were methodically terminated, the world powers stayed silent. As PM Netanyahu said before Congress, “No More”. Christians must undersign this.Israel’s physical survival has been miraculous to be sure. As Christians we are duty bound to pray for the continuation of whatsoever miracles as may be necessary. As negotiators seem bent on an agreement that will allow Iran to develop its nuclear program, we must pray that wisdom will overcome expediency and that outlaw, Mahdist nation will not be allowed to take over the region as it has declared its intent to do so. As Western nations continue to live in a fantasy world where a Caliphate nation openly declares its intent to force the globe to submit to its sect of Islam while another violent group espouses its intent as well, Israel and its allies must form the barrier to this brutal ideology.
The world can place confidence that Israel will continue to exist no matter what political machinations emanate from other world capitals and dens of schemes and plots. Pharaohs, Kings, Emperors and Fascists could not extinguish the people of Israel and no current ruler of Mahdi will succeed. The daily battle against rising anti-Israel and anti-Semitic forces, aided and abetted by a subservient media will go on and intensify. All of this was foretold in the Bible as well as the outcome of victory. As Christian supporters of The Land we must trust not in our princes or horses but in the Book that is still true and real after 3,500 years.

I am thankful the people of Israel had the wisdom to re-elect a good leader. Please pray for America that our people will wake up. Many of us do realize the consequences we face from God if we do not stand with Israel but most don’t have a clue. God bless and keep you.

The people of Israel are chosen and protected by God. They shall prevail as they have done through so many decades and centuries of persecution. May God continue to bless them in this time of threats to annihilate them. Such threats will prove to be in vain. Please be assured of my prayers for the people of Israel. There are those of us here in America who are both dismayed and angered by the attude and behavior of Obama. Please be sure that his personal resentment toward Prime Minister Netanyahu does not reflect the feelings of the majority of the American people. So many of us are ashamed of our president for letting his personal animosity toward PM Netanyahu spill over and seem to reflect the general attitude of our people. So very many of us are aware of Obama’s shortcomings. May God continue to keep the people of Israel in the palm of his hand. These are perilous times but God’s people shall hold fast.

Israel is the Biblical Nation chosen by God, the God of all nations, of all races and of all Armies. There is no doubt in my mind! But our God is also the only just and good .
But the Secular political decisions of secular politicians, of self centered politicians and special interest depart from what The God of all nations has in mind. for sure. Yes ,there is still disobedience from one side as well the other which makes it difficult to be Just. Trust in the Lord He said to Joshua. Trust comes without prejudices. There cannot be peace where there is injustice from all sides. No one can destroy what the Lord has blessed and is under the protection of the hand of the almighty.
I ‘am truly for the Israel that spiritually Scripture speaks of. The Word all already written will come to past. Everything will past but His Word will not past!
No nation can sit down to negotiate in good faith when the prejudices are bigger than the desire to be Just and live in the peace of the Lord. If we remove U.S.A, from the equation what would the situation be ? And would the solution be a Just one?
.Most are angered by the “animosity” from our president to Netanyahu. I was and am against the initiative that Netanyahu utilized to get his ways in the Past elections. He might be a good P.M. ,but for sure He is not a Humble one. It was not right and He complicated certain things ,it was manipulative and uncalled for .His actions came out of fear! Israel will never be negated the promises of Our Abba Father.
My question to many is ? Are the negotiations being handled with Humility respect and Holy Fear for He who has spoken His word already into existence. No one can exterminate what God has already blessed.
He The almighty God has definite plans for Israel( Jerusalem) that can delayed but not denied. What ever the solutions ,They (the solutions)must be just ! Does anybody think that God the Creator of all things and all nations will allow mere mortals to ruin His plans. Never happen! These negotiations should be approached with Much firmness, humbleness and respect for human dignity.Above all obedience to Gods perfect will.
God bless Israel! God bless all negotiations and negotiators that take place with Justice in the hearts of those negotiating in good faith for justice and peace for all.

Once upon a time they found themselves with their backs to the sea as chariots pursued them; hostile Babylonian, Assyrian and Greek conquerors couldn’t conquer them. Romans levelled the Temple, pogroms and evictions spread them through the world. Nazis tried to exterminate them: no enemy is strong enough to confront G-d’s people and their home..
