I'm not happy; I'm ecstatic!
You encouraged me to write if I was happy with your service... I'm not happy; I'm ecstatic!
The photo on your website is lovely, but not as wonderful as the actual little statue. Thank you, thank you. The store's service was superlative, and this is a special gift for a special someone. Let me explain.
I am an 8th grade Catholic school teacher who teaches the Holocaust for 2 months each year, and have expanded my teaching to include social justice and Jewish-Catholic relations. I was blessed to be brought to Israel by the Anti-Defamation League in August, 2009, and I believe we actually visited your store while we toured your amazing city, country, and the Holy Land.
Through that blessing, I have made many wonderful friends at the ADL and at the Museum of Jewish Heritage in lower Manhattan. This summer, I am teaching what I have learned to other Catholic teachers and Catholic seminarians. I study at Iona College with my Jewish brothers and sisters as often as possible.
This Friday, my 8th grade is graduating, and our guest speaker is a former student who obtained for me an autographed copy of Eli Weisel's Night , which I teach every year. It is a personal mission of mine that the Holocaust must never be forgotten, and must never be repeated. It is also my mission that we concentrate on what we have in common as brothers and sisters under G-d and that Israel receive our support.
This is a very special statue and a direct link to my heart. Thank you very much for your store, for your service, and for a beautiful product."
