You will need the following ingredients:
2 cloves garlic - roughly chopped
Half cup lemon juice
500grm / 17.63 Oz cooked chickpeas.
Half cup tahini - Please find Tehini here
1 teaspoon sea salt

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Mix in water until you reach the desired consistency for the hummus.
Move to fridge to chill

Serve on dish topped with olive oil and freshly chopped parsley
