How do you pray over anointing oil? Probably much of the sickness in the body of Christ today is a result of not following GOD’s remedy for it…. Anointing oil in the Bible is clear on this subject. Anointing oil applied in faith is a powerful weapon against a spiritual attack of the enemy, which can translate into a disease designed to destroy the body when GOD’s desire for us is complete healing.
As this world is becoming sicker, we see how miraculous healings are increasingly taking place within the body where congregations are understanding the importance of anointing oil. GOD’s purpose for our lives always is that we act on what we can do in the natural, taking that ‘step in faith… get out of the boat’ – then HE will accomplish in the supernatural what we cannot. Using anointing oil is biblical and ordained by GOD. Where there is a lack of faith some may ‘accuse’ you of being superstitious for using anointing oil – What an opportunity to demonstrate otherwise! Anointing oil is also a powerful weapon of warfare to anoint objects and places as well. “And you shall take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle and all that is in it; and you shall hallow it and all its utensils, and it shall be holy.” (Exodus 40:9) We have received numerous testimonies throughout the years of GOD accomplishing through a believer, together with our anointing oils what doctors said was impossible. These testimonies are a constant reminder of where we should turn to first, in faith, believing for HIS healing. There is no sickness HE cannot heal, should we just move and act prayerfully in faith according to scripture. Frankincense has come to be associated with Messiah’s role as our intercessor (the bowl of incense in Rev 5:8 is frankincense, representing the prayers of the saints) – Myrrh with His suffering and death. In Song of Songs the writer refers to the bridegroom (Yeshua) as “who is He coming in a pillar of smoke smelling of myrrh & frankincense?” Myrrh comes from the word ‘Marar’ meaning to be grieved, make bitter, trickle, or to drop. The acquisition of myrrh was done by slicing the bark of the myrrh tree so that the precious resin oozes out and hardens into drops called “tears”. Spikenard is considered a herb of love, thus when Mary of Bethany poured out her expensive Spikenard perfume without reservation, it became a powerful symbol of abandoned love. We see in the book of Mark chapter 14 how her extravagant adoration caused a chain reaction. Those around became indignant but that didn’t stop her from boldly proceeding to anoint the One she loved. Yeshua vindicated her and her name will therefore always be remembered and her fragrant worship spoken of. It shall come to pass in that day that his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck, and the yoke [satanic bondage] will be destroyed because of the anointing oil. (Isaiah 10:27) Anointing with oil is something so necessary in the walk of any believer… And yes, the anointing oil is able to set the believer free from bondage… when applied, in faith. And they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many who were sick, and healed them. (Mark 6:13) All our anointing oils are made using virigin olive oil from the Galilee region of the Holy Land, from olives harvested from tress grown in the places Yeshua taught. Use this Anointing oil as prescribed in scripture, and expect miracles to follow! |
