Enjoy it hot as a classic tea or cold as a refreshing iced drink. Perfect after a meal to calm the digestive system, or when suffering from a cold.

To prepare: Steep the mini bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Sweeten with honey or brown sugar to taste. For iced tea, brew with a small amount of boiling water, then dilute with cold water and refrigerate.
