This made in Israel shofar got to name "Moroccan Shofar" for two main reasons: The first reason is that when years ago Moroccan Jews were forbidden to practice Judaism this shape was easy to hide in their clothes. The second is that because of its shape the special sound is quite different from the other Shofars.
