Directions:
In a bowl add an amount of Tehini and start to slowly add water while mixing until you reach the desired consistency.
Add lemon, garlic and salt to taste.
Serve when chilled in a bowl topped with olive oil and freshly chopped parsley. (parsley may also be added during the mixing stage)
